Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, CA.

What You'll Do

• Labor & Delivery Leadership Management: manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives and support an active, high‑acuity L&D unit.
• OBED / Triage: evaluate all non‑labor patients presenting to OBED triage. Admit and manage all unassigned ("no doc") patients when needed.
• Surgical & Procedural Care: perform GYN procedures and surgeries as needed, ensuring smooth and timely inpatient care.
• High‑Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: partner closely with Maternal‑Fetal Medicine to care for high‑risk antepartum patients.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified/eligible OB/GYN Physician

Compensation & Benefits

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
• Guaranteed 12‑hour shifts (day and night with a nighttime differential)
• Full‑time equivalence: 13 shifts per 28 days
• 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000
• 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000
• Additional productivity bonus
• $50,000 sign‑on bonus
