OB/GYN Generalist

Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN generalist to join their established and collaborative team in the greater San Francisco area. This role involves full-scope outpatient obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive surgery, with deliveries at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). The position offers a team-based care model with support from experienced physician colleagues, a strong midwifery program, and dedicated OB/GYN hospitalists, allowing providers to focus on patient care within a sustainable practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal care, gynecologic care, and office procedures
• Perform gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive approaches as appropriate
• Participate in obstetric call and inpatient coverage in collaboration with OB/GYN hospitalists and the midwifery team
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, and other surgical subspecialists when indicated

Compensation

• $355,000 - $355,000 /Yr.
• Signing bonus (based on experience)

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG)
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Patient-centered, team-oriented approach; comfortable practicing in close collaboration with midwives and hospital-based colleagues
