OB/GYN Academic Laborist/Hospitalist

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Prisma Health, the largest not‑for‑profit healthcare organization in South Carolina, seeks a full‑time BE/BC OB/GYN Laborist/Hospitalist at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Labor & Delivery floor, including staffing and oversight
  • Participate in emergency department consults
  • Staff triage and patient transports
  • Assist with antepartum and postpartum management
  • Perform emergency and unscheduled OB/GYN cases
  • Collaborate with residents and participate in undergraduate medical education

Qualifications

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN
