- 12+ years of experience in Order Management and O2C processes, with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM).
- Experience in integrating Order Management with Inventory, Shipping, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with configuring order processing constraints, approvals, and orchestration rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process automation.
- Oracle Cloud Order Management Certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Order Fulfillment, Global Order Promising (GOP), Pricing, and Order Orchestration.
