Supporting operations and maintenance for the PRM Enterprise System, the full-time O&M Software Developer will enhance and modernize enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform while troubleshooting application issues and integrating external systems. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of the PRiMES application, implementing fixes and enhancements as needed Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring security and alignment with user requirements Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems, developing and maintaining integration logic and data exchange processes Required Qualifications Secret clearance required 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies Experience with SQL Server database development and enterprise application integration using REST APIs and related models
