Responsibilities
- Lead social strategy, content development, and audience growth for Darlington clients
- Oversee end-to-end content execution, including planning, on-site photo/video capture, copywriting, publishing and community management
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary strategic lead for talent, management teams, brand partners, agents, and internal stakeholders
- Drive the development and execution of social campaigns, brand partnerships, launches, press tours, and real-time engagement opportunities
- Track performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in social media, content creation or talent management
- Strong interpersonal and client management xzgxqkn skills with experience navigating relationships with talent, representation, and brands
- Proven success growing and managing Instagram & TikTok communities
- Strong creative, storytelling, and platform-native content capture/editing skills
- Thrives in dynamic environments, successfully managing work across a broad range of clients
- Agency experience required
