To support a growing practice, the full-time NY RN Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will work remotely to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work. Key responsibilities: Manage and assess treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and employers Interview clients to evaluate their recovery and determine the nature of their injuries Independently prioritize and manage a caseload while preparing status updates for clients Required qualifications: Active RN Compact license and NY RN license required Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) preferred Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
