NY or MA Licensed DBT Therapist

To support a growing telehealth practice, a full-time NY or MA Licensed DBT Therapist will provide individual DBT therapy and skills groups via live video, assign digital lessons, and collaborate with a team to enhance client outcomes. Key responsibilities Deliver individual DBT therapy and facilitate DBT skills groups through live video sessions Assign and monitor DBT-relevant digital lessons and assessments to clients between sessions Participate in weekly consultation meetings and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills Required qualifications Active NY or MA license allowing independent practice without supervision Formal training in DBT, including experience with individual therapy and skills group facilitation Minimum one year of experience providing comprehensive DBT Experience working with clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation Familiarity with telehealth therapy services and video tools
