Analyzing General Liability and Auto Liability claims, the full-time NY Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims while working remotely and ensuring compliance with service expectations and industry best practices. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional claims Licensing required, with NY preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
