Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead Project and Process Engineering teams across multiple capital projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and business cases.
- Manage equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and plant expansion initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Validation.
- Oversee SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and other validation activities.
- Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts.
- Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Manage engineering documentation, PFMEAs, and risk assessments.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 7+ years of Project Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Background managing capital equipment, automation, or facility expansion projects.
- Strong SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and project management experience.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, validation processes, and cross-functional leadership.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
