Be a part of our team of healthcare heroes and discover why Catholic Health was named Long Island's Top Workplace!ResponsibilitiesReconcile prior days staffingValidate accuracy of call schedulesRun benefit report and validate staffing availability of timeMust be able to run and analyze a variety of reports and send them out to the departments to addressTrack agency floating and approval of timeReview timecards for accuracy and appropriate payApprove timecards for payroll on payroll weekend/payroll Monday by deadlineCommunicate with ANM/NM/Directors regarding pay policiesEnsure accurate floating of staffAssign one to one job transfer for safety and behavioral sitters for tracking purposesRequirementsBachelor's degree with a minimum of two years' experience in accounting or staffing and schedulingUKG/Payroll or scheduling experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Office—Excel, OutlookGood communication skills (written and verbal), mathematical skills, and critical thinking skillsFlexible work schedule, holidays and weekends requiredKnowledge of human resources policies and proceduresPosted Salary RangeUSD $24.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
