We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) with a passion for leadership and high-quality resident care. Major Responsibilities
- Lead & supervise nursing staff; manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.
- Staff development & training; assist in ongoing education, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide exceptional care.
- Direct resident care; provide hands‑on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Resident assessments—conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.
- Treatment planning & compliance—assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.
- Recruit & retain nursing talent—play a key role in hiring and retention of skilled nursing professionals.
- Conflict resolution & advocacy—address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement—implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results‑driven management team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
- At least one year of experience in nursing administration.
- Strong leadership, team‑building, and decision‑making skills.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.
- Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability.
- Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete on hire).
