Position Summary
As a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide quality nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a key leadership role by supervising nursing staff and CNAs, coordinating resident care, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for both residents and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
- Supervise and support nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
- Foster a positive, resident-centered care environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
