Nursing Supervisor – Public Health Clinic Leader

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of staff in the New Castle County Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic, including planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating staff performance. The Nursing Supervisor ensures adequate staff coverage to support the delivery of high-quality, timely, and patient-centered public health services.

This role provides or evaluates direct nursing care. Recruitment incentives up to $10,000 and referral bonuses of $1,000 are available to qualified
