Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) | Medford, OR
Full-Time | Onsite | Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–5 PM | 36 hrs/week
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical leadership experience to supervise nursing operations and support compassionate, trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor nursing staff.
- Oversee clinical workflows, documentation, medications, and patient care.
- Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and staff development.
- Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and continuity of care.
- Respond to clinical escalations and provide direct patient care as needed.
Requirements
- BLS certification
- Nursing leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong communication, delegation, and clinical decision-making skills
- EHR experience
Preferred:
Behavioral health, addiction, detox/withdrawal management, trauma-informed care, CNML/CARN, or bilingual English/Spanish experience.
