Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a must; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is a plus.
- Active, unrestricted Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- At least two years of RN experience in an acute care environment.
- Prior experience in critical care and leadership roles preferred.
- Able to perform all job-related duties without physical limitations and complete basic safety training annually.
- Demonstrates knowledge in patient care, adhering to age-specific and cultural needs.
