Position Summary:

Supervises nursing staff, assessespatientsneeds and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staffmembers, andparticipates in guidance and educational programs.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American RedCross.Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain whenqualified

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previoussupervisory experience

Knowledge,Skillsand Ability Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict timeframes
