Oakhurst Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced and dependable Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and smooth clinical operations during the overnight shift.

Fork Union, VA
Schedule
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday thru Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during overnight hours
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with policies and regulations
- Serve as the point of contact for clinical issues, emergencies, and staff support
- Assist with staffing needs, call-outs, and shift coverage
- Communicate effectively with oncoming leadership and administration
- Support documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN license preferred (LPNs with strong supervisory experience may be considered)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
