Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Simulation and Tutoring Expert to support student success in a mission-driven, student-centered environment. In this role, you will design and facilitate high-fidelity nursing simulations that strengthen clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient-safety skills. You will also provide one-on-one and group tutoring focused on core nursing concepts, clinical reasoning, and NCLEX readiness.
Partnering closely with faculty, you will integrate simulation and tutoring into courses, track student progress, and use data to refine learning strategies. You will maintain simulation lab technology and resources while promoting an inclusive, supportive culture that reflects Chamberlain’s commitment to academic excellence, integrity, and preparing compassionate healthcare professionals.
