Join The Bilih TeamWhen you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.Job DescriptionDuties/ResponsibilitiesIt is understood that this is a summary of key job functions and does not include every detail of the job that may reasonably be required.Under general direction of department leadership, utilizes Kronos time and attendance system to maintain appropriate procedures for implementation of advanced master scheduling for the assigned department.Creates schedules and fills scheduled vacanciesData entry of all Kronos changes/updatesStaffing sheet review and entry of all changes to insure UET/Reserve/Floating is appropriately codedReviews payroll for excessive overtimeAssists with data collection for presentation of department financial indicators and staffing related data.Creates and maintains spreadsheets as neededStrong organizational skills.Demonstrates and documented strong interpersonal skills.Good telephone etiquette and demonstrates appropriate time management skills.Ability to do accurate and precise work.Perform variety of clerical duties and work well in stressful situations.Assist with administrative duties as needed.Education/Experience RequiredComputer skills - Word, Power Point, Excel, graphics and spreadsheets.Experience in healthcare environment. Preferably with scheduling.Previous experience in secretarial/business support role.High School graduate with ability to read, write and perform math at the 12th grade level.Computer competency exam required.Pay Range:$20.00 - $27.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
