- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) designation required
- State nursing license
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing company or an urgent care/emergency department setting
- Ability to administer medical aid in emergency situations (e.g., CPR, AED use)
- Extensive knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of workplace hazards and safety risks
- Current knowledge of industrial safety and medical best practices
- Ability to remain calm and work effectively in high-pressure, emergency situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Respond to job-related medical emergencies and provide onsite treatment to sick or injured workers
- Recommend additional or specialized medical treatment when necessary; contact and support EMS as required
- Promote and maintain the health and wellness of workers
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend ways to reduce and prevent hazardous exposures
- Conduct training for first aid, safety, CPR, and health programs
- Present recommendations for tasks that can be potentially hazardous to workers
- Maintain all medical records, logs, and files as required
