We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join a respected inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with staffing, patient flow, and operational decision-making
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Prior nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation hospital experience within the last 5 years required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills
• Passion for rehabilitation nursing and helping patients achieve meaningful recovery goals
