RMA Northern California, part of IVI RMA North America , is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Manager to lead our fertility nursing teams across our San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Danville clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative nurse leader who is energized by developing high-performing teams, enhancing the patient experience, and advancing care within one of the nation's leading fertility networks.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with physicians, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive clinical excellence, support staff development, optimize nursing operations, and elevate outcomes for the patients who trust us with their family-building journey.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays, along with a target annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance.

What You'll Do
Nursing Leadership & Operations
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve patient care, clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and team performance
- Establish department goals and performance metrics that support organizational objectives
- Monitor nursing department KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and workforce planning to support clinic growth
- Maintain a leadership presence across all clinic locations through regular site visits
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans when needed
Clinical Excellence
- Partner with Medical Affairs to develop, review, and enhance nursing workflows, standing orders, and clinical practice guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards of practice, and company policies
- Promote evidence-based nursing practices and patient-centered care
- Support initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Team Development
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff
- Conduct performance management and professional development planning
- Lead nursing meetings and facilitate communication across regional teams
- Identify education gaps and collaborate with Quality Assurance and Education teams to provide continuing education opportunities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and excellence
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- Experience leading and developing nursing teams
- Strong knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or infertility (REI) nursing experience
- Prior Nurse Manager or Nursing Leadership experience
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- BLS and/or ACLS certification
