Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor ICU nursing staff while fostering a collaborative care environment
- Drive patient experience initiatives and relationship-centered care practices
- Champion quality & safety programs and clinical best practices
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Lead daily patient rounding and support staff engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Critical Care (ICU) experience
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in an ICU setting
- Strong background in patient-centered care, quality improvement, and team leadership
