Clement Manor is seeking a Nursing Manager to join our compassionate team. This vital role provides the opportunity to guide patient care and staff performance while fostering a culture of excellence for the older adult community we serve.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee patient care and staff performance within your assigned unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Promote Clement Manor's mission and commitment to quality health care for older adults.
• Maintain Wound Care and Infection Control Programs
• Be part of shared team based on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with knowledge of the nursing process, management, and clinical expertise.
• Current CPR certification.

Highly Desirable: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Preferred Experience: 2–3 years of progressive nursing experience that includes leadership, organizational skills, and broad clinical expertise.
