Nursing Manager - Cardiothoracic/Vascular Operating Room

Role Overview: Responsible for managing the delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities: Create a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals, promote coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, safety, and high-quality care. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department, and uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability.
• Bachelor's degree required; pursuing a Baccalaureate degree acceptable if actively enrolled and completing coursework.
• Current RN license or Temporary Permit in the practice state.
• Proficiency in computer use and data analysis from multiple information systems.
• Preferred: BSN and Master's degree, along with specialty practice certifications.
