Required:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Prior oncology nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate patient care and support clinical staff.
Ideal:
- Previous outpatient clinical experience.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
- Experience with infusion services.
- Prior nursing leadership or management experience.
