IHA seeks a Director of Nursing Logistics to oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing office, float and per diem staff, agency nurses, scheduler, House Supervisors, Transfer Call Center and Bed Control to ensure safe, quality patient care. This nursing leader will use data to analyze census fluctuations, plan staffing, and drive patient throughput improvements across the organization in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration with physicians, families and peers is essential.
