Nursing Licensure Specialist

To support multi-state nursing licensure and provider enrollment, the full-time Nursing Licensure and Enrollment Specialist will manage applications, renewals, and compliance activities in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage nursing licensure applications, renewals, and updates across multiple states Support Nurse Practitioner licensing and National Provider Identifier (NPI) enrollment activities Maintain accurate records related to licensure, enrollment, and credentialing functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum two years of experience in healthcare licensing, credentialing, or provider enrollment Knowledge of state licensing boards, NPI registration, and healthcare regulatory processes preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with healthcare enrollment or compliance tracking systems Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
