Well-known licensed home care company is looking for a RN Educator to join their team in Westchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in home care, quality improvement, compliance, education, and staff development who enjoys combining clinical leadership with quality and regulatory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's education program
- Develop and oversee employee orientation and training programs
- Perform competency evaluations for nursing and HHA/PCA staff
Qualifications
Active New York State RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
2+ years of nursing experience
Strong knowledge of home care regulations
Quality assurance/compliance experience strongly preferred
Experience with staff education, training, and competency evaluation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and report performance data
Nursing Instructor in pleasant valley at Unknown Company
