Established mid-size Center City Philadelphia Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, doing business in PA, NJ, MD and DE, is seeking a Nursing Home Trial Attorney with at least 5 years nursing home trial experience.
Duties will include:
- Litigating Nursing Home case to Verdict
- Litigating other matters as needed
- PA license required (must waive into MD)
- Conducting client interviews to assess viability of potential new cases
Required Experience
- At least 5 years Nursing Home Trial Experience
Salary commensurate with experience.
