Nursing Home Administrator

We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee the operations of a licensed nursing home facility in Wisconsin. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across all departments

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and census management

• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; foster a culture of teamwork and accountability

• Coordinate care services with medical professionals and families

• Manage facility maintenance and safety standards

• Represent the facility during inspections, audits, and community outreach

• Address resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care

• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, reimbursement systems, and compliance standards

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage budgets and drive census growth
