Heritage Lakeside is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing and long term care community. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a building and a real say in how it runs.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily operations, census, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop department heads across nursing, dietary, therapy, and support services
- Manage budget, staffing, and financial performance
- Serve as the primary contact for state survey and licensing matters
- Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral partners
What you’ll bring:
- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license (or license eligible with reciprocity)
- Prior SNF leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of state and federal long term care regulations
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to senior care
