Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall direction and management of the nursing home facility, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality services to residents
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a senior leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Valid Administrator licensure in the state of Ohio
