Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Drive clinical quality, census growth, employee engagement, and financial performance

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Build a positive culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

• Support recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Alabama

• Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive outcomes

• Passion for senior care and creating a strong workplace culture
