Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
- Provide operational, financial, and regulatory leadership for a skilled nursing community.
- Develop and mentor department leaders while building strong staff engagement.
- Partner closely with clinical, financial, and operational support teams to achieve quality and performance goals.
- Maintain a strong presence throughout the community, building trust with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, PA highly preferred.
- Several years of successful Nursing Home Administrator leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading teams through change while maintaining a positive culture.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing (SNF) operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
