Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and staff development

• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of facilities, equipment, and supplies

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or related healthcare leadership role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
