Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership, direction, and quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to maintain and enhance the highest quality of care to residents.

• Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and facility policies.

• Oversee and guide a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.

• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and their families

• Monitor and manage the facility's budget effectively, ensuring the best use of available resources.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

• Must maintain an active LNHA license in good standing throughout employment

• Two (2) or more years' of successful post-acute care experience preferred

• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and retain staff

• Commitment to kindness, teamwork, and professionalism
