Qualifications ?? Active New York State RN license ?? Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred ?? 2+ years of nursing experience ?? Strong knowledge of home care regulations ?? Quality assurance/compliance experience strongly preferred ?? Experience with staff education, training, and competency evaluation ?? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ??
