The Nursing Director establishes objectives for the Long-Term Care Unit, and the organizational structure for achieving these objectives. **Education** Bachelors Nursing (BSN) is required. Graduate of a school of nursing is required. **Experience** Five (5) or more years management experience is required. Five (5) or more years nursing home/long-term care setting is required. **Certification & Licensures** Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia is required. Basic CPR-certified and up-to-date annually is required.BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required.
