You will plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
You will recruit and train staff, oversee admissions assessments, coordinate care plans, supervise 24-hour nursing operations, and ensure ongoing quality assurance.
