Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
- Experience in labor and delivery
- Familiarity with Shared Governance groups and professional publications
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Teach patients and families the knowledge and skills needed for self-care and illness prevention
- Monitor and evaluate patient data, implementing and assessing nursing interventions
