We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesInterview patients, take vital signs, secure medical information for the patient visit, schedule appointments for medical teams, make telephone calls for immunization check, schedule appointments, and collect GPRA information.Provide medical support services by performing COVID screening services provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for outpatient service clinics and secure information, check and replenish supplies, arrange telemedicine visits between patient and provider, help with referrals and track patient reports from outside providers.Work in conjunction and cooperation with other members of the COVID screening team, public health nursing, pharmacy, other clinic employees, outside consultants and others as requested.Provide appropriate documentation in the electronic health record and utilize notification to medical providers and other members of the healthcare team as necessary.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsCompletion of a recognized Nursing Assistant programBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationValid Driver's LicenseSuccessfully pass background and drug screeningImmunization documentation (vaccinations are to be complete prior to assignment and will not be administered by the Government): Immunity to Rubella, Mumps, Measles; Influenza vaccine (Annually); Immunity to Hepatitis A and B (A signed declination of the Hepatitis B vaccination series will be accepted); History of chicken pox disease or positive titer; Tetanus Diphtheria (Td) within the last 5 years; Documentation of receiving a TB skin test (PPD) within the past 12 months with documentation of follow-up for a positive test.Estimated Salary/WageUSD $17.00/Hr.
