CNA PositionUnder the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supervise and assist with activities of daily livingServe meals to residents and assist with feeding as neededProvide person-centered care to each resident based on their care planTake and record vital signsPerform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in safe manner according to policy and procedureRespond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient's needsAssist in properly transferring residentsDocument records of care for every assigned resident each shiftAssure the cleanliness and dignity of each residentPossess good communication skills to interact with residents, their loved ones, and other staff members
