Essentia Health seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant for our Float Pool, working rotating day/night shifts across multiple units. In this role, you will deliver hands-on patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures, while accurately taking vital signs and supporting RNs with procedures, admissions, and discharges. You’ll respond promptly to call lights, maintain a clean and safe environment, and document care in the EHR.
