Nurse Unit Manager - Lead & Elevate Care

Greens at Weaverville seeks a dedicated and experienced LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. You will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of a busy skilled nursing unit while ensuring the highest standards of resident care are maintained.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll help lead our nursing team, mentor staff, and promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.
