Nurse Supervisor - Human Services FieldOur client's organization is seeking a highly qualified Nurse Supervisor to join our team in the Human Services Field. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of experience in the human services field, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in the human services fieldEnsure that all healthcare services are provided in compliance with state and federal regulationsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of healthcare services providedProvide training and education to staff members to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and regulationsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure that all patient information is kept confidentialParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomesRequirements:Must be licensed as a Registered NurseMinimum of 5 years of experience in the human services field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experienceMust maintain current licensure and certificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
