Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise Nursing Staff – Oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Monitor & Assess Resident Care – Evaluate patient conditions and provide clinical guidance.
- Train & Mentor Staff – Support professional development and skill-building.
- Communicate with Families & Physicians – Provide updates on resident conditions and care plans.
- Respond to Emergencies – Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State-approved).
- Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience (Preferred).
- Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Skills.
- Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Setting.
