Overview
A community healthcare organization located in a scenic four-season region of Central Washington is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join its patient care teams across multiple departments. What you'll do
- Provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients within your licensing scope and standards of practice
- Work closely with patients, physicians, and clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
- Report to the Director of your designated area
- Fill openings in ICU (day shift), ED (day and night shift), FBC (nights), Perioperative (day shift), Resource Pool (day and night shift), or Clinic setting (day shift)
- Work full time schedules, with Clinic setting hours 8am-5pm and other positions on 12hr shifts
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Nursing School
- Current Washington State RN Licensure
Preferred qualifications
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, CEN preferred depending on department
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Compensation and benefits
- Staff RN hourly range: $42.39hr-$80.60hr
- Clinic setting hourly range: $38.16hr-$69.32hr, depending on experience and degree level
- Shift differentials: evenings $2.75hr, nights $4hr, weekends $3.75hr
- Full benefits package

- Sign-on bonus up to $15K
