Cann I Help is seeking a Medicinal Cannabis Telehealth Enrolled Nurse to support patients through their care journey, ensuring access, education and continuity of care. The role is 100% remote, with full-time, part-time or casual options and a 12-month fixed term.
You will deliver high-quality telehealth assessments, guide patients with empathy, work with GPs and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain rigorous documentation while contributing to KPI-driven performance and patient outcomes.
